basically... don't bother. after shoving aside all the faux geeks, you might find something that made it worth the trip... but then again probably not. if you feel the need to thrift in a southerly direction, pull out all the stops and head for pittsboro (though sadly the killer pittsboro PTA seems to have disappeared-- but there's still beggars & choosers.)
