Join us from 6-8 pm tonight for WXDU News. The Endless Frontier will discuss science news, including the debate over international regulations on human embryo research. Then, we will play a science and technology update from Deutsche Welle, covering topics ranging from cats and illness to open WiFi in Germany. Finally, we'll hear from With Good Reason Radio, covering a variety of topics relating to the American military in advance of Memorial Day. The show will focus the history of repatriation of soldiers killed in war, novel ways of coping with PTSD, and Arlington National Cemetery.
Tonight, the WXDU News block will feature science news, including updates on regulation of GMOs. In a new episode of The Life Inside, an audio documentary series, students ranging from freshmen to seniors reflect on their experiences at Duke and discuss topics ranging from gothic architecture to cafeteria-style diners as the school year comes to a close. From 7-8 pm, we will have an update on Duke sports.
WXDU's news block kicks off at 6 pm with The Cary Chinese School's student radio program, featuring students discussing culture that interests them, including the book and movie of The Giver, sports news and history, video games such as Minecraft, and Chinese greetings.
